T-Cakes 2010 Recipe Contest

We hear from many of our customers on how they use t-cakes in their dessert recipes. So we have decided to search for the Ultimate recipe using t-cakes. The winner of this contest will receive a year's supply of t-cakes and will be featured on our website. Enter as many recipes as you like. You can also Include pictures of your dessert.

Winner will receive a two (2) dozen assortment tin shipped anywhere in the USA each month for 12 months. Value of prize over $500.00 usd

Sample Recipe

T-CAKE TRIFLE

Depending on of size of glass:

• 3-4 Tennessee T-Cakes, chopped
• Chocolate pudding, instant or homemade
• Liquor, optional
• Berries,( strawberries, chopped or raspberries)
• Whipped cream
• Toasted almonds, sliced

Layer in a martini glass, chopped T-cakes, chocolate pudding, berries, whipped cream, drizzle with liquor, optional, repeat layers as many times as needed for the size of the glass. Top with toasted almond slices and a sprinkle of berries.
